| I’m an active, male professional with a stable income (I work for the federal government in a permanent position) who`s looking for a roommate to share a unit at The Beckett. I should only be at the apartment from Monday evening to Thursday evening, so you’ll basically have the place mostly yourself, I`ll mostly spend those 3 days at the office. You get a closed bedroom (8-10’’ x 12-2’’ + wardrobe) as your personal space with the living room, bathroom, and kitchen to be shared. My bedroom will be the den area which will be closed using a high-quality room divider/sliding door (as an example: https://www.ikea.com/addon-app/skytta/web/latest/?uiPlatform=web&locale=en-CA&productId=40497734#/planner/measurement. You can see the apartment in more details at thebeckett.com, including the floor map (1 bedroom + den - 630 sq, ft.). Details: Rent: 1,200 $ by month sharing utility bills (heating is included). However, I don`t need an internet plan (you`re free to take one if needed of course) as wifi is available in the building common areas. I`ll charge a bit more if you are not willing to commit to a long-term rental or want irregular dates (i.e., move-in is not at beginning of the month and/or move-out is not the last day of the month). Amenities: Gym, basketball court, party room, rooftop bbq,… (see website for more details) All Appliances included (Fridge, Oven, Washing & Drying machine + dishwasher). Partially furnished (to be discussed). No smoking of any kind allowed Must be tidy and respectful of shared spaces I can’t stress enough how important it is to keep the place clean—I won’t tolerate a messy environment.
