Monthly rent includes the following - all utilities (hydro, electricity, heating) - internet - tenant is responsible for cleaning their own room - fully furnished room: brand new bed, dresser closet, desk and fan unit (tenant must bring their own bedding) - laundry room available in the basement of the building (common area). $2 per load - no parking, if you wish to have parking you may inquire with other landlords in the building for renting a parking space - shared bathroom and kitchen - Minimum lease for 1 year Tenant will be living alone for 3-4 months per year (winter months).
