| Looking for a roommate to take over a furnished room from September 2024 to either the end of May 2025 or August 2025. Flexible move in dates in August can be discussed. The room is $710 per month plus $20 for wifi. There is a security deposit of $500 for the furniture in the room, paid back at move out. Cat friendly apartment (we have one cat), no dogs. The condo is 4 bedroom with a kitchen, dining room, living room and basement with laundry. You’d be sharing with three roommates. Shared washroom with one other person. There is an outdoor patio and large swimming pool that is accessible via key fob. |
