| We have a private room (preferably 4 months (negotiable) ) available for rent in 2 bed and 1 bath apartment located in the heart of chinatown! The room comes furnished with essential furniture ideal for students (a bed, study desk, large closet space). You will be sharing the apartment with me and my mom. We also have a cat so if you have allergies it might not work! The room is ideal for male students who is neat and responsible. Someone who would keep the common spaces clean after use (kitchen,living room and bathroom). The utilities(hydro,water, and heat) will be shared. There is laundry in the building. The unit is located close to several grocery stores and restaurants, which are a few minutes walk away and blocks away from the bus stops too! |
