| I own a house in a central location (between Westboro and Carlington), very close to the highway. I’m looking for a housemate. You’ll have your own private room, a shared bathroom, and there’s also an office space that we can share, as well as a screened in patio and backyard (see pictures). The basement is unfinished but plenty of room for storage if you have stuff you need to store. Can be furnished if you'd prefer that. Laundry on-site in the basement and there’s air conditioning. There’s a decent sized fenced-in yard. In addition to monthly rent, we’ll split utilities (including internet). I’m pretty quiet at home, respectful, communicate well, very clean, and easy to get along with. I’m walking distance to a Food Basics and Shoppers Drug Mart. Real Canadian Superstore is also close by. |
