| I'm a 4th-year student at UOttawa looking to sublet my room from August 1st to December 31st while I am away on exchange. This is a 5-bedroom house located a block away from UOttawa campus! We are a group of both undergraduate and graduate student. The bedroom is quiet as it is on the second floor at the back of the house, looking out on the trees in our backyard. It is beside the bathroom, which is shared with the two other bedrooms on the second floor. On the main floor is two bedroom and the kitchen. Our kitchen has two fridges, so there is enough room for everyone. In the basement is our living room, another bathroom, and the laundry room. We have a cute cat named Sully! And two friendly dogs named Nala and Mavik! Our rent is $733 plus utilities (utilities are on average $85 a month.) There is a visitor parking spot available on our driveway. |
