| A private bedroom (can come furnished or unfurnished) in a very clean and modernized 4 bedroom town home. Full access to the kitchen (incl. large and small appliances, glassware, dishware, cookware, bakeware, supplies, etc.), furnished living and dining areas, bathroom, washroom and utility room. Washer/Dryer conveniently available in the home. Internet access. Private backyard and access to the subdivision private swimming pool during the summer. Outside parking may be available at an additional cost. Home is conveniently located on a major bus route that is commutable to Carleton University, The University of Ottawa and other local colleges. The bus stops right outside the subdivision! Very short walking distance to grocery stores, shopping, gas stations and fast food restaurants. Close to parks and walking trails. 4 bedroom shared accommodation with 3 other friendly and responsible female student tenants. We’re looking for a responsible roommate who is respectful, tidy and dependable about rent and paying bills (we split common expenses ¼ each for utilities, supplies, internet, etc.) Must be willing to take turns helping to clean our common living space and shopping for household supplies when needed. Please note there are cats and a small dog living in the home. All are extremely friendly. This home may not be suitable for someone with dog/cat allergies.
