The house has a friendly social vibe but is a pretty quiet environment most of the time. Looking strictly for mature, clean, responsible, conscientious tenants only. We maintain a friendly and very clean shared living space. The house has strict rules around cleanliness and safety. No pets, no smokers and no potheads (regular cannabis users).
