Hello, I am subletting my lovely downtown apartment tucked away on a quiet street in Lowertown just 5 minutes from the Byward Market and close to the University of Ottawa. The apartment is available from May 1st with a flexible end date. Please let me know how long you would be looking to stay. I’m open to short and long term stays. The apartment is furnished with brand new furniture and appliances (includes a queen size bed and brand new mattress (on the firm side), full bedroom set, private balcony with outdoor seating, tv, kitchenware, in-unit laundry, dishwasher, microwave and AC). There is an ergonomic sit-stand desk in the room with lots of bedroom closet space. The apartment is located right along the Rideau River with a water passage access for paddleboarding, kayaking, or any small boat, etc. that is perfect for the summer. I am looking for someone who will respect and take care of this place like it’s their own while I am away. This is a great apartment for a student or young professional. No pets or smokers due to allergies and sensitivities. Street parking is available. Internet is $40 per month. Utilities not included which can range anywhere from $90-$140 per month depending on your usage. Bus stop is a 3 minute walk.
