I will be away for most of the week and you will have access to the rest of the spacious furnished apartment, including your own bathroom, the kitchen and living room (except for my own bedroom). The room is 12 x 10.8 feet on a higher floor of a downtown luxury high-rise with 24-hour security and access to a host of amenities including a saltwater pool, jacuzzi, gym, lounge and private outdoor patio. Parking can also be found for about $100/month. Indoor bike racks also available. I’d ideally like to rent this room out for a minimum 6-month commitment, to start. |
