Located in a tranquil building (top floor of a three-story building), full of beautiful fixtures, and just one block from Elgin Street nightlife (and just a block more the Rideau Canal), two blocks from Bank St, a 15-minute walk to Parliament, and 10-minute walk to the Glebe. It has a great combination of convenience and culture. There is one bedroom, one bathroom (shower/tub), two small dens that can serve as home-offices, a small kitchen, a front-of-building balcony, and a second fire-escape balcony. Fully furnished. Laundry on site ($2.50/load). We have a few plants, no green thumb required, just do your best with our green companions. Dates are from June 9th – August 9th, with some flexibility for the right candidate. The price includes internet and hydro. |
