| The house is conveniently located at Merivale and Baseline within 10 minute walking distance to Walmart, Loblaw's, Food Basic, Tim Horton's, Restaurants and the Experimental Farm. One large bedroom ($900, inclusive of utilities) on the main floor, about 18 square metres (194 square feet), is available now. With two windows, it is furnished with a double bed, a night table, a desk and a chair, a floor lamp, a wardrobe and and two storage cabinets. The rent is inclusive of water, electricity, gas and unlimited high-speed internet. Laundry is free on weekends. You will share the kitchen and the dining area on the ground floor with other persons living on the second floor, including the landlord. Tenants will share a full bathroom (with bathtub and shower) on the second floor and a powder room on the ground floor. Your roommates are very friendly and quiet working professionals or university students. The house is pet-free and smoke-free and the neighbourhood is beautiful, quiet and safe. Every tenant is expected to keep the cleanliness and quite enjoyment so as not to disrupt other people's sleep or work at home. The house is owner-occupied and the shared rooms are for single occupancy only. No pets due to allergy. Sorry, no couples and no overnight guests due to limited shared area.
