| Live in the heart of downtown Ottawa this winter. I live in a beautiful ground floor, triplex style apartment. It’s a 2-bedroom, with two floors, and a total of 1000 sq.ft. One of the bedrooms I have converted into an office space. Perfect for a single professional or couple. It’s a fully furnished, smoke-free home. I’m going to be leaving for work from beginning of January until the end of March 2025, and looking for a responsible subletter. Serious inquiries only. The sublet time period is non-negotiable. Please provide a bit about yourself, and your reason for subletting. ***Note: I have a cat in the apartment. I will be moving her to a friend’s house, but if you have feline allergies, this sublet would not be suitable for you. Subletting dates: Jan 1, 2025 – March 31, 2025 Monthly Rent: $1625 + cost of all utilities (hydro, heat, water, hot water tank rental, Internet). Note, the monthly cost of utilities is based on your use. For myself, I work from home full-time and find that in the winter months the total for utilities is between $150-200 per month, plus the cost of Internet which is $60. First and last month of rent required.
