I've been renting rooms in my townhouse, mainly to Ottawa University students, off and on, for over 20 years. Furnished, very quiet area near Trainyards shopping center. Two rooms available to rent to one person for the price of one room, in three-bedroom townhouse. This is a room rental; this is not shared accommodation. Shared kitchen, dining area and 3rd bathroom on main level. I found that it is a little crowded with three people so I’m offering two rooms and private bathroom for the price of one bedroom! But only one occupant to use the two rooms. I live in the master bedroom and have a private ensuite bathroom. Reasonable internet, heat, hydro, and water included. You must be honest, trustworthy, courteous, and relatively quiet. No pets or smoking/vaping. Low price reflects no visitor policy. Furnished with small desk in room. Use one room to sleep and other to study or as a living room. If interested feel free to ask any questions and I can send you additional information.
