About a 25-35 minute walk to campus and 10-15 minute bus ride. Rent is only $614/mo per tenant for a 12-month lease. Laundry is located on site, on the main floor of the house. Rooms are unfurnished, but all common areas will be furnished. Looking for students preferably. Male or Female does not matter. My previous roommates were 1 Male and 1 Female, no issues. I'm not the type to be strict or enforce rules, I just ask that you keep your spaces tidy and clean up after yourself. Also, try to be quiet and respect others who are studying or sleeping. Mid-day or weekends is fine to have music and noise or whatever you want. A bit about myself: I'm a 20-year-old student at uOttawa, going into my 3rd year. I'm quiet, kind, and keep to myself, although I don't mind socializing at all, I can be outgoing if needed. I'm usually always up early in the morning to run.
