| Note: I am not accepting couples Rare offer for a 3-bedroom layout in Foundry Simcoe!!! ***I will be subletting my room for $750 until August; utilities are included in the rent, and you can move in immediately *** If you want to continue after my lease ends in August, you can. However, as this room is booked in September, you will have priority in switching to another 3-bedroom apartment. When I talked with Foundry, they suggested they might switch you to a 5-bedroom first and then put you high up on the waitlist to switch to another 3-bedroom apartment. (All pictures included are the actual photos of the apartment.) This is a private bedroom with a desk, dresser, and private bathroom. The maintenance room is also in the room; however, sound can rarely be heard from there, and Foundry does maintenance from time to time. It is around a 7-minute walk to Durham College /Ontario Tech University. Also, the top mattress is included unless you don't want it (It's pretty comfortable, and I like it). You will also be living with two other roommates. I am looking for a clean roommate who cleans after themselves regularly. We mutually agreed to keep this place clean, even taking rounds when taking out the trash. Included in the unit: internet, TV, washer, dryer, heat and ac Included in the Kitchen: Microwave, oven, Full-size fridge and freezer, stove. Also, any type of smoking is not allowed in the unit. |
