| On November 14th this year 3 days before my birthday my son and I were woken up by a fire, we were able to wake my roommate and senior mother who was staying with us at the time in time to get everyone out...we are told the place is a write off and we will need to find a new home as right now we're in a motel under emergency funding that runs out this week, we were all great tenants myself and my 14 year old son are quiet, clean and have the previous landlord who can attest to payment being on time and what we were like as tenants...my roommate is a 50+ year old man, my ex brother in law so he's a long term family relationship not just a random roommate...our situation is not great right now but we're hoping to make it better, here's some info for potential landlords: 3 people: ages 14 , 38 , 52 ODSP so payment is assured I have very good credit and can show on my credit app, perfect payments Mature, long term tenants looking for forever home Some possible requirements: 3 bedroom + Inclusive would be nice, we have internet Parking for at least 1 car but I also have a tent trailer Laundry on site would be nice A house would be nice Stairs are not optimal as we are disabled and find it hard to go up and down but can make it work Oshawa or close to...south oshawa would be idea for my kids schooling Our budget is about $1500 possible to stretch a bit for inclusive but we are already maxed out Move in ready as we dont have much so open any time and can get first and last |
