The rooms are on the first floor of a detached (quiet) house and not on the ground floor or in the basement. The area is a quiet neighborhood, so if you like coming to a peaceful and quiet place after work; this is your kind of space. You must be a NON SMOKER. Rent is $780 for the larger room and $675 for the smaller room plus 1/5th of 70% utilities. Internet is managed by one of the room mates and comes to $20 per month. The Room is available starting May 1. Require first and last month deposit. Looking for students or working professionals. We are cat friendly :) - Laundry onsite - 2 minutes access to Durham College - 25 minutes bus ride/15 minute drive to Oshawa Go station. - Minutes’ walk to Parks & Trails. - One parking spot available if needed.
