We have a beautiful room with no one above on the last floor with a fairly closet. Your future roommates are very polite and friendly. They are from two distinct parts of the world so they enjoy sharing the different cultures within a fun and relax environment. They would be interested sharing spaces with someone who also has personal goals with a positive vibe and of course, a financial stability meaning a steady income. You can expect a clean and tidy environment with nearby access to Eglington station and only 3 minutes by bus to 3 TTC bus lines, so moving around the city is definitely easy. Bike shares are also only a few minutes walk. It is located in a nice and safe neighborhood with many parks nearby. Also nearby are: LCBO, Loblaws & Metro, Rexall & Shoppers, Indigo, Winners, Dollarama, many Restaurants, and more. If you are looking for a balanced environment that's clean, conveniently located and for positively minded roommates that are goal driven, please contact me and we can discuss the next steps. The room available can be already furnished with a queen size bed or some storage, or you can bring your own furniture, whichever is easier for you. Showings would be during the week at any time by appointment. An option could be after 18:00 pm on weekdays and during the weekend ideally between 9:30 am and 14:30 pm. The room is montly SinglePerson 1200$ with utilities included.
