| Hey Everyone, I am looking for a sublet from 01 January 2025 to 30th April 2025, in Kingston, Ontario. Address is 40, Oakridge Ave. It is nice cozy house in a very nice neighbourhood that is fully furnished. ( so you do not need to buy any furniture). The house has a common living area, kitchen with all appliances, shared bathroom, a washer and a dryer and a big backyard with a gym in the shed if you would like to work out. The house is shared with two other - easy to live together - male Master’s students. It is 20 minutes walk to Queens University and downtown Kingston. The rent is CAD 800 a month, including utilities, driveway parking and internet.(no extra payment required) The room has a closet, desk, bed, nightstand.
