This is ideal for anyone who just moved here and needs temporary accommodation. The room is fully furnished and includes utilities, Wi-Fi, and 1 parking spot. UNIT: Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom in a 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo. AVAILABLE DATE: November 30, 2024 - February 15 or February 28, 2025 (move-in/move-out dates can be flexible, let's discuss it). PRICE: $1500/month. ALL INCLUSIVE (electricity, water, heat, internet) and 1 underground parking spot. (Rent can be pro-rated based on you stay duration). LOCATION: Yonge & Finch, 1-minute walk to Finch station. Close to Shoppers, H-Mart, Metro, many Asian restaurants, karaoke, and entertainment options. RENTAL TERMS: Off-lease roommate agreement. This is not covered by the RTA RELATIONSHIP TO UNIT: Current Tenant (I am one of the leaseholders; you will sign a written roommate agreement with another leaseholder who occupies the second bedroom). ROOM DESCRIPTION: - Spacious master bedroom (furnished with a queen-size bed, wardrobe, desk, and chair). - Ensuite bathroom. - In-unit laundry (washer and dryer). - Shared kitchen and living room (living room has 2 WFH desks and 2 monitors available for use). - The second bedroom is occupied by a quiet and friendly male tenant who is studying college. BUILDING AMENITIES: - 1 underground parking spot. - Gym, sauna, hot tub, pool, and amenity room. PREFERENCE: 1 person preferred, but maximum 2 people.
