| One room for rent in a condo unit walking distance from Yorkdale subway station/shopping centre. SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY. The room is available December 1 (or sooner) for $1250/month. One-year lease terms are preferred, and only terms 8 months+ will be considered. The cost of rent includes all utilities and internet, as well as access to cable television and some streaming services. The room is furnished, though the furnishings can be removed if you have your own to bring. The other roommates in the unit are young professionals in their twenties. We have two "forever" cats, and also foster another cat at a time until they're adopted. We are looking for a fellow cat lover to foster a cat in their room (including feeding them and changing the litter box daily), as this has been happening in the available room for over a year now. It's like having a pet that you don't have to pay for, and whose life you're helping to save! The bathroom is shared with two others. The unit is co-ed and open to anyone regardless of ethnicity, religion, or sexuality/gender expression. SMALL pets may be considered (fish, reptiles, invertebrates, etc.), but additional cats or larger pets will not be. Laundry and dryer are available for use in unit.
