Conveniently located 3 minutes away from Sheppard and Yonge Station, and a 3-minute walk to Food Basics. House rules: • No pets allowed. • No parties allowed. • No smoking permitted in the apartment, including the balcony. • No night phone calls even in your room. • You should use your headset for TV / Music / Video game / Calls / Online meetings! even in your room. • Storage, Parking and Visitor parking is not included and should be rented separately. Rent includes, Hydro, Gas, Internet, Hot and Cold water, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Drier, Cabinets, Dishes, shelves, closet, 10 hangers, and using sofa and living room and working desk with 2 monitors, Netflix (You should use your headset!), X Box (You should use your headset!). Open term with one month notice but first and last month rent plus 200 CAD deposit should be paid upfront! |
