Were quiet, clean, respectful, we clean up after ourselves.involved in the community, poor credit though, can provide references and last months rent looking long term. I'm 42 gf 45. She's on welfare looking for work I'm on Disability but make cash playing sports ( hockey) prefer $1200. Everything included. We dont drive. Living in room now but with parents temp. Will do month to month or lease want stability. Only need parking for e bike to charge it could be back yard even. Prefer furnished (bed) but can do without. Preferred Guelph but will settle with owen sound |
