Convenient for those studying at Seneca Newnham. I’m looking for a mature, clean and respectful female housemate available to move in November (no couple please). We will be sharing the bathroom and kitchen with another girl. No overnight guests. Minimal drinking is okay, but smoking, vaping, or the use of drugs or weed is strictly prohibited on the property.
