We each get our own bedroom and bathroom, we share the open kitchen, large dining-living-solarium area, and laundry. Very recently renovated. Mostly furnished. Open to short-term or long-term. 12th floor, large windows with unobstructed views to the east. $1,300 per month including utilities and wifi. Parking available. Indoor recreational facilities: swimming pool, sauna, gym, billiards room, squash court, racquetball court. Outdoors: tennis court. No pets. Location: Wynford Drive (DVP & Eglinton) Buses right outside the building / across the street go south to Broadview Stn / Danforth, west to Eglinton Station / Yonge, and east to Kennedy Station. Eventually the Eglinton Crosstown will be running too; the Wynford Drive stop is right outside the side gate. Easy access to the DVP. About me: Female, mid-50s. Vegetarian. I'm fairly quiet and sometimes have a friend or two over for a low-key evening. I like my home to be clean and uncluttered. I don't smoke or do drugs, seeking the same. |
