| Mature over 50 Canadian woman. I am employed full time as a concierge. With the same employer a number of years. I am seeking a studio apt for myself only. I have no pets, no vehicle, non smoking and never have guests over. I am clean, quiet and respectable. I currently rent a basement apt in a private home. This house is being renovated and sold. My current rent is 1000. per month. My budget is 1100 per month. I am hoping to find a reasonably priced self contained apt. I understand my budget is below current average but that is what I can comfortably afford. Employment and landlord references available. Please note: I am NOT interested in rooms for rent in a shared apt. |
