At this time we are looking for 1 or 2 female students to share a large room inside a large 2-bedroom apartment with 2 other female students. This is an ALL-FEMALE STUDENT ROOMING APARTMENT! MAXIMUM 4 FEMALE STUDENTS in a 2-bedroom apartment. The 2 other Female Students sharing the other room are from Kerala state in India. All utilities are included, free laundry, free Wifi, Free Roku Wifi 50" TV, and a fully furnished Room Size is 12ft x 11ft with 6ft closet The large room is $600 per person X 2 persons sharing the room, or $1100 / month for 1 person. First and Last month's rent is required to secure your shared room in advance. Minimum 4-month term. Location: Oakwood Ave / Algonquin Rd, North Bay ON P1B 9A8 Only 3 KM away from Canadore College or Nipissing University. Common shared areas include the Kitchen, dining, living room, bathroom, laundry facilities and common entrance. General cleaning supplies and garbage bags are supplied by the Landlord. No smoking inside the building, no pets, no parties. Guests are not permitted to stay and hang around. Landlord lives on the second floor and does not share the Roomer’s 2-bedroom apartment. The landlord has the right to inspect the Roomers' common areas at any time. Common areas and rooms must be kept clean.
