| Hello! My 3 roommates and I are looking for a 5th female roommate to join our house. We are located in a great area of North Bay, only a 5 minute drive from the University/Collage, and close to nearby bus stops and shopping. The room is available for subletting starting in January and the lease can be taken over starting in May if interested ! The house comes fully furnished, however the room does not. The bathroom is shared with 2 other females and in house washer and dryer are included. Kitchen newly replaced, and bedroom is freshly painted, with new doors. The bedroom fits a double bed, a desk and dresser for size reference. As well includes a closet (as seen in image) Electricity, water, and wifi included in rent. The room becomes available in February! |
