Bedroom: We provide you with a fully furnished room that includes a comfortable bed with brand new mattress, a desk with a chair, a table and a walk-in closet. Just bring your clothes and you're good to go. We also definitely encourage you to add your own touch to make it feel like home :) Apartment: It's a 3 bedroom semi-basement apartment with all the amenities one may need. Utilities included High-speed Internet Laundry (incl. washer and dryer) Heating and AC Cool in the summer, nice and cozy in the winter Fully operational shared kitchen (incl. stove, microwave, fridge, toaster, toaster oven and what not) Shared washroom Location-wise: This apartment is only a 5min walk to Seneca College Newnham Campus. No Frills is an 8min walk. Really safe and quiet neighbourhood. We're looking for: A human being, gender doesn't really matter for us (unless it does for you), but definitely be an individual who's going to help maintain the apartment clean and tidy. Either a professional or student, just have an awesome personality. There is no parking available at the moment, but you can park on the street for free the not winter months.
