| Hi! We are looking for a female tenant for July 1 or sooner. This clean and cozy room comes with a single bed including sheets, blankets and pillows, closet , desk and chair, lamp and a bookcase, as well as a mini-refrigerator. You will be sharing a bathroom with one other female student and you will have full access to a kitchen that includes an oven, small appliances (microwave, rice cooker, etc.) pots and pans, dishes and utensils. Room rent includes access to washer and dryer, unlimited high speed wireless internet (Rogers gigabit) , and all utilities (electricity, water, heat, A/C). Our family has been hosting for the past 10 years and we would love to welcome you to our home. Our house is located in North York (Finch and Bathurst) and is a 2 minute walk to the bus stop and we are 10 minute bus ride from the subway. It takes only 20 mins to York University and takes about 50 mins to University of Toronto downtown. We are looking to rent to full-time students or working professionals.
