| I am looking for 2 people (preferably female Gujarati) to share a 1 bedroom apartment with me from June 1st, 2024. Included: water, shared kitchen, bathroom and balcony. Extra Utilities : Hydroelectricity (approx $60) and wifi (approx 50) shared among the number of people living. Parking is available for extra cost. Short term lease ONLY from 8-10 months. First and last month and $500 deposit required which will be returned upon lease termination if the house is in required condition. Walking distance from York University and Seneca College's main campus. There is a bus stop directly in front of this rental building, which provides direct access to the Subway.
