I am renting out a room just for 1 month (July 2024) $1000 security deposit is $800 (which will be returned to you on Wednesday July 31st, upon departure, as long as no items /appliances are damaged. My family arrives on August 1, so the room must be vacated on on before July 31. Looking for someone who is a working professional who is out majority of the time, does not have pets, non smoker, ideally female roommate , non smoker , no pets allowed, does not cook/make a mess, no parties Student is ok as long as they are mature, decent, is out at school/college for majority of the time good for someone who needs temporary accommodation you get your own room and washroom must bring own linens no parking offered what is offered: free wifi, single bed, desk, closet space, has own washroom. PERKS: Condo has gym and pool, WALKING DISTANCE from Sheppard Subway Station, beautiful location If this interests you, please reply to ad and explain in a few sentences about yourself, work/lifestyle to help me with my decision on renting the room.
