| Renting out 1 bedroom apartment unit available April 1st, 2024 for $1850 monthly Hydro and internet included Buses run 24 hours to the location with 2 major subway stations both 15 mins away (Finch Station going east & Finch West Station going west). There is also a convenience store attached to the Building. Parking is available however it's an additional cost. $90 outdoor and $110 indoor. We offer 2 options: Short term: From April 1st 2024 until July 31st 2024 or Month-to-Month: For this option, some terms will be explained during the interview process. You must be okay with dogs (as we have a full house) however not have your own (this is to avoid issues.) The place is unfurnished however if you don't have much furniture besides personal bedroom furniture I'll see if I can get some stuff for the common area. The apartment & bedroom is very spacious. To give a bit more information you would have the apartment to yourself 75% of the month as we only stay here for a week or less in a month. We do have our own bedroom (we do cover 35% of the rent. $1850 price is after our share coverage), so it's not just the bedroom you're renting it's truly the whole space. Prefer to rent to a single person or couple. 1st and last required. Just so you know, references are a must. We are looking for someone who's the right fit, not the first person able to pay. |
