| Hi, My name is Andy and I am a 32-year veteran of the Royal Canadian Navy. I just got divorced and live in Beamsville and have a separate hobby woodworking shop a few kilometers away. I'm looking to lease a place/property where I can live and work in the same location. The details can be discussed, but essentially my living quarters don't need to be large or fancy. I work in England a month on and a month off so I'll only be there half the year. For the shop I'm looking for 1000-2000 ish square feet, and ideally I'd want at leat 220v power, but 110 could be worked around for the right property. As for the space itself I'm open to pretty much anything. Urban warehouse, House with extra large garage, Farm, etc. Please message me even if you're not sure if your space is what I'm looking for. As mentioned I'm currently in Beamsville, and looking to stay loosely in the Niagara-Hamilton corridor, but open to farther for the right property. Looking to spend max $2500-3000 monthly and happy to sign a year lease. I have a great paying job, am respectful, don't do drugs, no pets, and can guarantee that I'll be an asset tenant, not a detrimental one. Thanks for considering my request.
