Here is what you get: - two level house, you get the main level and the upstairs, everything you get is above ground - 3.5 bedrooms, it is technically 3 bedrooms, but there is a small fourth room that can be used as a bedroom, or an office,or nursery, etc. - 1.5 bathrooms, including one full bathroom with bathtub and shower, plus a second bathroom with just a toilet - living/dining room - large kitchen with eating area - laundry room area - entrances from both the front and back of the house - large swimming pool - large back yard patio with natural gas quick connect for barbecue - large front and back yards - storage shed to store your extra items - driveway parking for many cars, plus free street parking year round on both sides of the street - modern updated 200 amp electrical panel service, updated within the last few years - modern inter-connected hard wired smoke detector system - very strong and fast wi-fi signal throughout entire house and yard - 3 minute walk to Sobey’s grocery store - 1 minute walk to Ride Norfolk bus stop I have spent a lot of money on renovations.
