| Hey there! My name is Drew and I’m renting out a bedroom in my furnished 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, country side home to only good people with good vibes. All inclusive. (Internet, heat, power and water included) Escape the hustle and bustle of the city life to find inspiration and a creative energy in the country. The house is a 30 minute drive to downtown Toronto and a 3 minute drive to grocery stores, banks, gym, restaurants and lcbo. The bedroom is a the largest bedroom besides the last bedroom and has a queen sized bed. His and hers closets. Oversized window that gets the sunset. ($1300/month) Common areas include the rest of the house. Pool, laundry, movie theatre, tv living room, library, fire pit patio, kitchen and main floor washroom. The tv’s have ALL the streaming services. I’m a 36 year old professional pilot. Pets are welcome as long as they are well behaved and preferably not a shedder. There’s lots of parking available for free on the long driveway and storage available on the property if needed. Month to month.
