If this is the case, we have 2 rooms on the main floor of a house available on a monthly basis for rent. There will be only two persons in total occupying the main floor with their own private bedroom. However, each person will share an eat in kitchen, bathroom and living room with couch and TV.. This house is located in Niagara Falls within a very quiet neighborhood . It has a separate entrance and one parking spot for each room .Each bedroom has linens and towels available with a queen size bed and pillows. The kitchen is equipped with basic appliances to make cooking preparation easy. There is also a living room area with a TV and couch as well as on site laundry shared between the main floor and basement apartment. Internet and utilities. We are conveniently located on a quiet neighbourhood and close to all the conveniences such as Costco, Metro, Restaurants, grocery stores and the iconic Niagara . Cost of each room is $55 per day/ Monthly $1650. Rental for each room is a minimum of one month. These rooms are ideal for travelling working professional or contract workers. |
