| Hello & Namaste, I am looking to sublet my amazing 1-bdrm. apt for minimum 6 months. I am looking for a very responsible, reliable, clean, quiet working professional or student. Somebody very proper and decent. No smoking, no drugs. The area is wonderful, the building is quiet and the Billings Bridge plaza is a 30 min walk away. The General Hospital is also nearby (30 min walk). The bus station is right across the building (please Google 1801 Frobisher). Rent: 1500/month all inclusive (except parking / laundry).
