Total average electric bill is $60 per month, average gas bill has been $120 per month. This is then divided amongst the occupants in the home. - laundry/dryer included on main floor and shared amongst all occupants of home - kitchen with cooktop, microwave, fridge, toaster - sauna available - lots of free parking space in the driveway - tennis court just across the street ($40 summer membership) - one year rent is preferred, 6 month rent can be discussed as well.
