| Dear Potential Roommates or Landlords I am currently on the lookout for an affordable bachelor apartment or room rental near Algonquin College. I’m a simple person with a few preferences that could make my stay more comfortable: ⭐️Mini Fridge or Option to Bring One: If it’s a room rental, having a mini fridge or the flexibility to bring one would be incredibly helpful for my convenience. ⭐️Walking Distance from Algonquin College: Being within walking distance of the college is a significant factor for me, making daily commutes easier and more convenient. ⭐️ Access to Washer and Dryer: It would be fantastic to have access to laundry facilities, making life a bit simpler. ⭐️WiFi: In this digital age, a reliable internet connection is crucial. Having WiFi access would be greatly appreciated. ⭐️ Space for Eatting: I tend to prefer eatting in my room, so a space that understands and accommodates this preference would be wonderful. ⭐️Smoking Area: I occasionally smoke as it helps with my anxiety. I’m not much of a party person and don’t get into trouble, I simply want to focus on my studies and personal growth.
