| Welcome to my home! Maxamilists unite!! I'm a mid 30s female professional looking for a new roommate to occupy the master bedroom in my townhome. Prior to the pandemic I used to rent out rooms in my home and I'm looking to return to that rhythm again. Currently I am the only one living here with a couple of beautiful female kitties you're more than welcome to make besties with, cuddle up to. Who are a great serotonin boost on any range of day. There will be a listing for an additional room to rent in coming months. So you'll be sharing the home with another roommate and I eventually. The house is a 3 bedroom townhome with a basement I've converted into my own room. Just to give anyone I'm renting to a little more space and privacy upstairs. It has 1.5 bathrooms. A fully loaded kitchen. Onsite laundry. A fenced in backyard with a BBQ and smoker. A lovely dinning room to have a meal in. Maybe even study in too if you need a change of scenery from your room. As well as a cozy living room, TV loaded up with an Amazon Firestick and a rich surround sound system. A fireplace in the dining room too. As well as a small cast iron electric one in your room as well. As staged as my home looks we do like to live in it too! Don't be shy. You will need to bring your own towels, pillows, and bedding. The bed is a queen sized one. I've a mild amount of kitchen essentials to share. Cleaning supplies for the house will be a shared expense. Commonly used food items can be shared to provide us more space and variety of ingredients to work with in the kitchen. Laundry supplies are your own expense. This is based on a single occupancy. Rooms cannot be shared. Partners, friends, and family are welcome to visit. Overnight company are welcome seldomly to keep the mornings frictionless preparing for the day. As there is only one full washroom. There is a powder room too. Ideal candidate is gainfully employed or a student with a secure source of income. Female is preferred. Friendly and domestically responsible. Regular cleaning is a must. I'm not much of a party person personally. We like to keep it mellow here. I hope for the same in you. I do host the odd dinner party and will give you plenty of notice. You'll always be welcome to join and eat with us. I'm a really good amateur chef at home. So it always smells yummy when I'm feeding myself, us, or a crowd. Food is life and I would be very willing to share the responsibilities of preparing it and sharing meals with you! I cannot cater to anyone with food restrictions. I unfortunately can't change my diet. The price listed is all inclusive. First and last month's rent is required. As well as a reference check to confirm income and/or student status. The area is served by the local 82 and 173 bus route. The 75 is a ten minute walk to Woodroffe.
