| We’re looking for someone to rent with my partner and I. You will have your own room, own bathroom which are on the tops floor and the whole basement to yourself, for your own living room area as well. There is also a full bathroom in the basement as well. The laundry room is in the basement, so that will need to be shared but other then that it’s all yours! The kitchen is completely stocked. There is a backyard as well that will be shared. There is also a storage room that can be shared. We do have a cat and a dog, both very well behaved and respectful! All utilities would be taken care of. This is a perfect spot for Algonquin students or young adults. A quick walk to barrhaven market, close to bus transport, we also have a driveway and street parking available if you have a car. We are quiet and clean, and keep to ourselves. If needed the room and basement can be furnished. The bedroom currently has a king sized bed in it- it can be furnished with a queen. The basement couch will be switched out with a smaller, but newer couch as well. Message if you are interested! Thank you! |
