| We have 1 room available for short term rental/ roommates arrangements. Property is a waterfront property located on County Rd 9 in Napanee. Its not a regular room as you will see when you view the property. Both bedrooms and washroom is updated and upstairs where the bedrooms and washroom is located and is exclusively for roommates use. Room holds a King bed and has a partial river view from one window and farmview from another. Can sleep 2 people and comes completely furnished. The main floor and its amenities will be shared with us. There is a separate kitchenette built on the rental side for use of the roommates. All outdoor amenities like firepit, in ground and on the deck, swimming pool, parking, dock for fishing /canoeing etc will be shared. The living room has a grand sitting area. Cathedral ceilings and a 75" TV. The dining area will also be shared. We are 3 people in the house and our bedrooms and living area is in the separate part of the house where we usually hang out. As we have 2 dogs and a very talkative parrot there will be a no pet policy for the roommates unless it can be confined to your room. Monthly rate for the farm view room is $995 plus $100 for utilities. Will be additional $100 for the 2nd person and $50 more for utilities. Minimum 30 days commitment will be needed. Room will be assigned a parking spot. When messaging please msg with your contact number as we will be vetting everyone before we bring you for a viewing of the room. You can fish from the dock or enjoy the firepit on a cool night under the stars or if you have a green thumb enjoy some gardening and growing your own vegetables. |
