| Unaware of roof leaks all over ( did a viewing on a sunny day, water stains were painted over), mold in bedroom. Landlord said he would fix but hasn’t, sewer gas leak into home that he is trying to cover up; saying it is nothing. No heat or furnace, upstairs level of house has NO ELECTRICITY! Said he would fix it, but yet again hasn’t fixed it. Holes in floor and walls that were covered up, noticed after we moved in. Rats INSIDE walls and mud room. Windows are broken throughout the house that he will not fix.We also had to remove old tenants garbage as it was all over. Landlord will enter private mudroom of home without knocking or notice. He will take your mail as well. Beware do not rent this home!! |
