| I am looking for a room to lease at Creditview and Rathburn area. I wish for a benign, empathetic and flexible landlord who will make me feeling there is no place like home. I also need a parking space for my 1993 Honda Civic which still passes emission test with flying color and still runs like new. I use the car only occasionally, so parking inside the garage is ideal. Move in date: July 1 to August 1. My rent budget: $800 to $1000 per month, all inclusive, incrementing annually in line with inflation rate. Lease term is at least 2 years. I have my own single bed, desk, table, microwave oven and 3 mini-frigs. I have about 60 apple boxes containing essentials and hobbies items. About my living habit: I don't smoke, I have no visitors, I am quiet, well organized and always keep my home spotlessly clean, I do very little cooking, I eat the same meal everyday: Oatmeal in the morning (done in my microwave oven) and rice porridge with meats and vegetables in the early afternoon (all done in my rice cooker). I don't use the stove, I don't use the shared refrigerator in the kitchen. About my background, characters, past residence and credential: I grew up motherless since 2 years old in Hong Kong and grew up as a teenager in Toronto, graduated from University of Toronto in Electrical Engineering and retired from a big electronic company in the aerospace industry after 31 years of service. I am youthful looking, mild tempered, have a positive outlook on life, spiritual but not religious, creative, have a good sense of gratitude, sometimes I am humorous and make people laughing hysterically. I spend my time in the internet, music, exercising and jogging in the woods. I wish to resume camping and travelling after a hiatus from losing all my co-worker camping buddies. I have no regret in the path of life I have chosen, my only regret is I didn't buy a condo after moving to Mississauga as I wasn't sure I wanted to stay here permanently, it is a dismay that condo rent and price have become unaffordable amid surging inflation of recent years. I have downsized from 10 years' condo living to a short term lease in a rooming house. I have secured and steady income for life, I will never lose my job and unable to pay the rent. I also have an Equifax Credit Score of 802 which is rated as "excellent". |
