Located at Dundas and Cawthra, the room (furnished with a clean, sturdy and comfortable twin bed, a study desk etc.) is in a 2 bedroom apartment (on the 15th floor with a beautiful view of Mississauga, downtown Toronto, lake Ontario etc.), and is available for rent ($850/month) which includes all utilities, plus high speed WiFi internet (but excludes parking, which is available for an additional $70/mo). The shared amenities are the kitchen, living room, dining area, a large balcony, and bathroom. The property is steps away from No Frills and bus stops (the closest of which is at Dundas and Cawthra). There are quite a lot of restaurants, convenience stores, supermarkets and grocery stores nearby (within a kilometer distance). I am looking for a flatmate who is a quiet, clean professional who is COVID Responsible - No smoking or vaping of any kind – No drug use - No pets - Long term preferred - single occupancy only. References, credit check (if possible), and the first and last month rent required. Preference will be given to a Telugu-speaking prospective flatmate.
