| Private room for rent located within a 9 minute bus ride to Square one, Sheridan College and downtown Mississauga. Bus stop is a 1 minute walk. House is located 2 km from Square one. Grocery store is a 10 minute walk/ 2 minute drive. Closest major intersection is Rathburn Rd E and Central Pkwy E. No parking available in our driveway. Room is for 1 person only, bathroom is shared with 1 other M tenant. Kitchenette / fridge is also shared. Entrance is separate and this room is on the main floor, landlord's living area is totally separate. House backs onto a park where you can access from the backyard that you can also use. Includes water, hydro, laundry and internet plus a new mattress and frame. Asking for 1 year minimum stay. First and last month's rent are being asked. I need proof of employment OR proof of a good credit score. No smokers, no party animals, no overnight guests, no pets. Not ideal if you work at night as we are 5 people upstairs and make a bit of noise during the day time. If you enquire, tell me about yourself.
