| Hi, I’m a female looking to rent a PRIVATE Bedroom (for single occupancy) by May 1st of mid-month (move in) Areas preferred: Brampton (ideally south of Queen Street) or Northern Mississauga near Derry Rd. **Must have LOCK and KEY for the door. Please note: I don’t want to share a washroom with more than 1 other person. Agreement type: month to month (in writing-even an email) Budget: Max $725 inclusive of utilities, Parking, shared laundry and wi-fi. Have these other MONTHLY expenses to also manage: -auto insurance /gas / auto care / maintenance -rented 8x10 storage unit fee (that houses furniture and items that fit in a basement I had rented in the past, that won’t fit into a rented ROOM in a house) -interest payment for loan -phone bill -groceries -replenishment of household cleaning and paper products, (to sustain a clean living space). ABOUT Me: Responsible, lawful, quiet and maintain a clean living space. Have reference letters from 2 landlords, proof of income. Rent always paid in full and on time. Ideally, looking to connect with home owners not tenants sub-leasing (unless I get receipts for rent and written rental letter). |
