| I am a very busy, organized, clean and classy professional. Looking for a compatible room-mate to share a beautiful, fully renovated, modern, bright and luxury 2BR apt in Port Credit area. This is a quiet, all open concept apartment in the lower level of a single storey detached house/bungalow. Two great features of this exceptional apartment/opportunity are that: 1- each bedroom is located separately at either end of the apartment (not the usual set up of bedrooms being next to each other). Living room, kitchen, dining area and bathroom are all located in the centre and between the 2 bedrooms. 2- more uniquely, I’m literally never home. It will feel like having your own one BR apartment all to yourself! I lock my bedroom door and leave to work away for months on end on work assignments. I just keep this place mainly as my storage and for the very occasional stay when I’m in Toronto for a day or may be two! Therefore, my lucky room-mate will essentially have the whole place to herself/himself. And that’s why I don’t mind a male or female room-mate as I’m hardly ever there! The rent includes all utilities, heating, cooling and hi-speed internet. 1 parking spot is available on driveway shoulder if needed. Proof of employment and income, satisfactory references, background check and a clean record is a must. No smokers, vapers or pets. This is suitable for a single person ONLY.
